End User License Agreement
Effective date: October 6, 2026
This agreement is between you and DriveLens for the DriveLens Android application (the “App”). It supplements the Terms of Service; if they conflict, this EULA controls for use of the App itself.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your own use as a driver, under these terms and Google Play’s terms.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or resell the App, remove notices, or use it to build a competing product, except where the law allows despite this restriction.
Ownership
We and our licensors own the App and its content. You own your data. No rights are granted except those stated here.
Subscriptions and updates
Pro is a Google Play subscription; billing and refunds are governed by Google Play. We may update the App, and some updates may be required to keep using it.
Third-party terms
Google Play and Android are provided by Google, which is not responsible for the App or its support. Use of the App is also subject to the terms of the platforms you drive for.
Warranty and liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY, AND OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS STATED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE. We may terminate this license if you breach it.
